It's the best large chain wing place around. Lots of sauces to try but keeping it simple is always the best bet. I usually get wings but tried the lunch buffet once, bad idea. Maybe eating inside a garage isn't appealing to me. Still awesome wings and great beer specials IF you can get the bartenders attention. Good place to go with your boys and be patient. It still shocks me how it's allowed for employees to be on the phone so much at work. Kinda sad this place used to be 5 stars any day of the week.

I used to Love this place... ! But sadly, it is going downhill. I have visited 3 times in the last six months to be sure I wasn't mistaken on the poor quality my experiences. Hope the current staff don't get jobs at the surrounding restaurants I frequent, cause they will go downhill too. They now WEIGH the wings. So when ordering 6, means you will get 5 small ones. The female staff were be too busy flirting with the young males to properly check on refills and follow up on your orders. The wings seem overcooked. Like they cooked enough of them to handle a crowd, but then they sat around and got cold, so they threw them back in the fryer, but then cooled off too fast and then were put into cold sauce. Just not the way it should work. Got rid of good menu items. The leadership seemed disinterested in the negative feedback at the time as if it was the ownerships fault on the poor management of the restaurant so they don't care that the customer is not happy. Oh well attitude. If I have the chance to try other locations, I will be very careful in the ones I choose. Good Luck there. You used to be the best. I did their survey too, not to get $5 off my next visit, cause I won't go back until i hear from friends that they have improved.

Decent happy hour prices, but from a service perspective they have some growing to do. They simply are inattentive; perhaps because the bartenders are staffed too thinly. It took me 15 minutes to get acknowlwdged last night. There is a male employee who stands behind the bar and serves only a few people in a limited span of the bar.

Tried their golden garlic wings.. I expected it's better taste but it's OK...pricing is also OK. They were little bit busy so service kind of slow..

We started with the pretzels. the soft pretzels were to good with the beer spiked cheese. It was like eating awesome in a bowl. we all ordered the trifecta platter. the trifecta consists of 6 wings, fries, and a choice of 5 different small portions of a few of the appetizers. I ordered the Asian sesame wings, fries, and chips & queso. the wings were very good. Sweet and sour all at the same time. I love sesame seeds. the fires were about average, but they became awesome with the rest of the cheese sauce from the pretzels. the interior is set-up like giant garages. Automobile paraphenalia graces the walls and outside. it does give you alot of interesting things to look at while you wait. the waitress was all over the place. and by that she was busy. she was still friendly and made sure everone in here section was taken care of. i will be back! there is one in Springfield, IL.

This restaurant is a good pick for kids... They have motorcycle and race car stuff all over the place. The staff has always been friendly and the food is good for the price. If you are looking for chicken wings in cranberry, this is the place to go.

Had a party of 10, so our server had a bit of a hard job ahead, but... The restaurant was NOT at all busy It took an extraordinarily long time to get drinks The lemonade tasted like sugared lemon water, not lemonade, and the replacement glass of water had to be asked about again. Our server did attempt to make it more lemonade-ish, but no dice One appetizer came out, another had to be asked about after another 20 minutes One wing entree was delivered to another table so one of our party had to wait for more to be made after it was brought to someone's attention The nacho entree with no beef or onions came out as 8 chips (not even exaggerating) and odd cheesy stuff on them. When we asked for the jalapeños, beans, and sour cream, we were informed that all the other toppings had onions (poco de gallo, beef, and beans). We did get the non onion toppings and new chips with weird cheese. The best part of our dining experience was the nice little wet wiped après meal, and individually wrapped Twizzlers.... Too bad those weren't on the menu....

First time comer.... pretty delicious food, good beer, plenty of activity... This place is fun.... Service is pretty par, especially whenever the focus sways over to the bar at the end of the night. I liked the wings plenty of sauce choices. next time I'll try a steak burger.

Composite. I have been to this place twice. A fun visual motif. Spacious. Service was fine and plentiful (unlike the places where one really cannot find a staff person for 20 minutes -- no names...). Hamburgers, sandwiches, naches --- all fine. Most recent visit about a year ago so if things have changes (per the other reviews) .... Parking off street excellent. This is just a fast food place with a visual twist. Not a place to take a "foodie" sensitive person. f8 and be there.

Not sure what happened with this place... It used to be a religion. Its been a few years since I've been here and it's not like I remember. I'm not sure if my standard has changed or they went downhill. Judging by half or 1/4 the clientele on a Friday it's probably going downhill. Almost everyone's wings were cold and if they weren't cold the put cold sauce on the wings and it made them cold. Then you dip them in cold ranch. Not only were out wings cold they were over-cooked. It's pretty sad when your one trick is to make good wings and you can't pull this off. The cherry on top was the flat beer the bartender sent out. I could tell as soon as it hit the table, it looked like water. I had a whole mix of people with us, some know about good cooking and some are happy with bar food. We all agreed that our meal was not worth returning. Good luck QSL.

Great place for wings and the onion rings are the best. Never had a bad meal there, and always try to have some wings there whenever I am in town. Nice to see the bar opened up in nice weather and everyone enjoying the weather.

Very good service and good wings! I got the boneless wing salad and my husband got the hot barbecue wings. Chocolate stout cake for desert was ok. The loaded fries were excellent!

My experience at this Quaker Steak & Lube was pretty underwhelming. My coworkers and I kept things pretty simple - beer and some appetizers. However, our waitress brought me a beer that I did not order, and friends of mine did not receive their beverages. She also took a very long time to take our appetizer orders and brought a coworker of mine the incorrect check. Essentially, I think her issue was that she preferred flirting with some guys two tables away from us rather than being a good waitress to everyone else sitting in her area. Our appetizers were OK.... Four of us shared four different appetizers. My favorite was the nachos, but the ingredients in all of the items were obviously very low quality.

Here tonight on 7/17/2014 and this place is pretty dead. We got seated and it took out waitress 15minutes to get our drink order. After that another 10 minutes to get our food order. We ordered an appetizer and it came out with our wings. Please quaker steak check out what a appetizer means. Hint it's suppose to come before your main order. Had to ask gor refills multiple times as though I was bugging the waitress to do her job. Save yourself time and grief and go somewhere else.

I want to give some props to this restaurant. Went there yesterday with my family and our waiter looked to be newly hired. He was very polite and responsive, but you could just tell that he was a bit overwhelmed. I ordered the grilled wings meal , but was brought the grilled salad by mistake. I mentioned the mistake and the waiter was apologetic and said that he would resolve it. The manager also came over to apologize. I ultimately got what I ordered and in the end they gave me the salad to go and credited my bill for the cost of my meal as well as for soda's. Mistakes happen and it is all in the response, or lack thereof. Quaker Steak & Lube did a great job in responding and I would definitely go back to the restaurant. They made me feel like a valued customer.

My friends and I visited Quaker Steak & Lube on 1/19/14 around 10 PM .We were sitting at the bar to have a light dinner and some drinks. We had a hard time trying to get the bartender attention to place our order. Finally when she acknowledged us, she said with a nasty attitude "you need to wait I am busy". Yet she was only interested in hanging out with her friends who were sitting at the bar. My friend could not believe how rude this bartender was - she didn't even asked us once for refill all night. I loved the food but I hated the bad service .This is the third time I had a bad experience at this bar. Based on this my friends and I would never be back to this bar.

My husband and I went to dinner last night 4/30/14 around 8pm. Service was horrible! We were sat in a corner and completely forgotten about! We ordered an appetizer and never received it until AFTER our meals. Then we just asked for it to go! Then they wanted to charge us for the appetizer that we never ate. Had to ask for drink refills. We are on a business trip and have never been to the area. Thank goodness. Will never go back.

I used to love this place when I was in high school.. I have since moved away and on my recent venture back home decided to have dinner here with my husband and nieces. I remember the wings being really flavorful and having a nice crunch to the outside. This time around I found the Louisiana Lickers to be lacking in flavor and rubbery. :( super bummed... The chicken sandwich that my husband got was pretty good and the chicken tenders that my niece got were a bit over done.. I know it has been quite some time since I have been here, but I was hoping for the same food experience. bummer...

It is what it is - a chain restaurant that serves wings. The selection of sauces is impressive and their specials are not bad (All You Can Eat Wings, Lunch Buffet, Brunch). I enjoy myself when I'm there and the food is never bad. This place can get busy/crowded at lunch, for games, for happy hour. At those times, expect a wait and/or slower service.

Bike night here. I had the boneless wing deal that night. They were actually pretty good. They have some good deals for the bike night. I'd come back.

We love Quaker Steak. Great place to stop by for burgers or sandwiches. Our latest favorite treat is their nachos. We also like to get their Fire-grilled shrimp bowl. It contains grilled shrimp, rice and fire-roasted corn and black beans. It's big enough to share. They have so many menu choices, we sometimes forget their awesome wings!

Well I had originally gone for a beer here with my buddies on bike night. We then proceeded to sit at a table and get some wings. While at the table, our waitress came and took our order, however she failed to write down or place my order of ranch wings. I never got any wings, however I just ate a few of my friends because they wanted to go and ride. I talked to Stella, their marketing manager, however, and she made it up to me via online chat and a gift card. I understand mistakes happen occasionally and I'm not one to hold it against them. I explained my situation and she was more than understanding! I will be back there next Bike Night anyways :P

On the way to see our oldest son play football, decided to get wings here, TERRIBLE mistake, barely anybody in the restaurant, food took forever to come out. My wife ordered a taco salad, it came out with ground beef over shredded lettuce and a few chips, nothing else. My food was cold. Cooks looked bored and couldn't care less, other employees looked liked they wished they were home or anyplace but here. Quaker Steak & Lube used to be good, but my last couple of times, its been disappointing, this franchise needs to close or the owners need to do some real soul searching if they really want to compete in this market. Double wide grille is right down the street and they will surely take my money with a smile.

We ordered burgers to be delivered. We placed our order at 6:07pm on a Friday. We were told it would arrive in 40-45mins. At 7:33pm our ordered finally showed up. Food was soggy from being in the delivery containers for so long. Could not eat the fries. The burgers had old lettuce on them. When delivery man arrived, there was no total for him to charge us, so he had to make a call into the restaurant to find out what our total was, this took almost 5 mins! No apology for the delay, just said "lots of traffic and GPD was messing up" when he was asked why it took so long. They have lost our business.

Lets be honest, the food is pretty standard bar fare. Expect to see sandwiches, wings, a few salads and a couple nice apps. In general, the food seems to be a little more expensive than average. Quaker Steak has a nice happy hour, especially on Fridays ($3 Long Islands).

The wife and I decided to go to Quaker Steak & Lube on Bike Night for some dinner about 5:30. We were directed into the parking lot with a couple hundred other bikes. Parking was a little tight but manageable, even two up on the bike. We were able to walk right into the bar area and pick from 3 or 4 open tables. Our waitress Lauren, was better that average when it came to her job performance and menu knowledge. We started with the "Four Wheel Drive" appetizer platter. It consisted of Onion rings, Hot Pretzel, Mozzarella sticks, and Fried Pickles with Beer Cheese, Marinara sauce, and Ranch dipping sauces. All of it was very disappointing. The best part was the beer cheese. I have had better appetizers from the frozen food section at Giant Eagle. It was obvious that none of it was fresh. It seemed like it came from buffet table, that had been there for a couple hours. That would explain the quick service time. It only took a couple minutes to get our food. Then we ordered a "Compact Bucket" of wings which consisted of 20 small wing dings, not whole wings. These also tasted like they had been sitting in some warming trays somewhere in the back. They were barely warm and soggy. The sauces were pretty good, which kind of made up for the sogginess. Considering the high prices of the food, it was very poor quality. I would not recommend it. The Quaker Steak environment is pretty cool. It was cool to be able to walk around outside with a beer and BS with other bikers and check out all the other bikes. The only bad part about that, is that my wife was not allowed to take her Captain and Coke, in a plastic cup, off the sidewalk. Something about LCB rules. But beer was ok??? Next time I will eat elsewhere and stop here afterwards to hang out for awhile.

If I could give it a zero to emphasize how quickly you should pass it by, I would have. Here's what I look for in wings; meaty, decent sized wings, properly cooked and well sauced - not much to ask, right - pretty basic. My two sons and I went here on a Sunday afternoon - no sporting events or other things going on to make the place crowded, so no reason for the food we got. We ordered three dozen wings - each with a different sauce. The size of the wings was so small as to be laughable. You'll think I'm joking, but the drumstick wings were no bigger than the size of my finger, from finger tip to the knuckle - VERY SMALL! As for meaty... I think there would probably be more meat on a pigeon wing than on one of these poor things. A real disappointment. Let me give you a comparison - I stayed at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis a few weeks after the Quaker Stake experience and ordered the wings through room service. The wings at the MARRIOTT IN INDY were infinitely meter, bigger and better tasting than the joint billing itself as "The Best Wings in America." So, how about the preparation of the wings at Quaker Stake - well... the wings were SO overcooked that they were dry and leathery - all three dozen. My boys are young (12 and 14 y.o. so you know they'll eat almost anything) - my boys wouldn't even finish the wings, that's how bad they were. The sauce on the wings - mediocre at best, but overall, passable, had the wings been large, meaty and decently prepared. Keep in mind - all of this set me back over $60 by the time you add sodas and iced tea. At the end of it all, I'll never go back and strongly suggest you pass it by - the place is treading on its reputation from decades gone by, its name recognition, its decor and not much else. PASS IT BY.

Went there recently after not going for many years. I tried the chicken tenders dinner with fries and cole slaw. It came with some sort of thai chili sauce which was mediocre at best. I thought it would be a thinner sauce, when in reality it was a thick, creamy sauce that seemed to just make the already heavily breaded and fried chicken tenders even heavier. The chicken tenders were, as I previously mentioned, heavily breaded with a peppery flour coating and fried. The chicken itself was pretty good, but the breading was just too much. The cole slaw was your typical bar/restaurant cole slaw. The service was great with quick service, attentive waitress, and clean environment. I would definitely go back but would probably stick with what they are known best for and get wings.

Best BBQ wings! We were greated by the smiling hostess and seated immediately. She made sure to put a near a television since there was a foot ball game on. It only took a minute or two for the waitress to come over and get our drink orders. She was back very quickly with our drinks and took our order. We ordered wings, BBQ & Louissianna Lickers, they are the best flavors. There is a restaurant and a bar. The decor is that of a garage/man cave. There are lots of cars and motorcycles hanging from the ceiling. The onion rings come out on an antenna and the food is named for mechanical things. They have a pretty extensive menu: wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads, soup, etc. They don't have much on the menu in the way of desserts. They do give you twizzlers with your bill which is probably your best bad. We will go back there again.

Lets just say that Quaker Steak should be thankful I had friends from out of town that really wanted to go here again. I would have never walked through the doors again and this review would have been 1 star. I grew up going to the original QS &L every week so I'm not new to their restaurant. First, if there is an hour and a half wait...don't tell me that it will be 20 minutes. This is unacceptable and a hostess should be either retrained or fired for this type of miscalculation. Second, if you go here they will make sure that your entire party is present before putting you on a waiting list. I understand why they do this but am furious when I've been waiting for an hour and a group of young girls, after three minutes, are ushered right in. It helps me understand how my wait took an hour longer than projected. Third, if I ask a hostess (this term implies some level of kindness) how much longer my wait is, don't patronize me or my mother. I am not a child and if you treat me like one I will become upset. When you do it to my mother...furious. I understand there are many "kids" around but don't pass this onto me. Fourth, when we finally got to our table we made our waiter aware that garlic and onions are off limits for my mother, she is incredibly allergic and can end up in a hospital over them. We made him aware in a nice way and from that moment on we were nothing but a pain (in his eyes). We did everything possible to let him know that we appreciated his help but nothing mattered. He ignored our table for most of the night and then threw an 18% gratuity on for our table of 4. Not cool, tips are tips, not part of the bill. I have worked in restaurants and country clubs...there is a time for that "gratuity included" this is not one of them. Last, the wings were in pieces. I threw away more than I ate. They were scraps. This is one bad experience out of a few but it is completely unacceptable. We asked for a manager and never got one. This could have been an isolated incident but it became an issue that will deter me from going back for a long time.

Great wing selection, always made perfect for me. Good beer selection, service normally very attentive. Great place to go with your friends to grab some food and beer, not a place to take a date. And the triple atomic wings are exact as advertised.....insanely hot! They will cause you pain for a while. Dont order more than six and have a tall beer on standby.

As soon as I walked into the restaurant i felt like i was in the perfect man-cave with motorcycles hanging from the ceiling, TV's in the floor and the gas station like decor it was AWSOME! I participated in North Allegheny's Drum Line and we were getting back together to relive the glory days so I knew what would happen and i wasn't very surprised as the game plan was laid out. We were going from the easy ranch all the way to the ATOMIC WINGS = ( so sadly that meant I would not be able to use my culinary skills of tasting to its fullest capacity. So as we started with the ranch wings witch i really wasn't a big fan of working our way up to the Spicy Asian witch were delicious than i moved to my favorite Louisiana Liquor and then finally we all ordered the feared ATOMIC WINGS! These are actually served with jalapeño to cool you down the sad part is it works. I do not recommend these to anyone who doesn't like their face to catch on fire! (And yes for all of you that are curious i did finish them all and 2 glasses of milk ok 3 glasses but who's counting) But wait there's more they also have the Triple Atomic Wings witch are 3x as hot as the regular (don't try this at home). So all in all I recommend this place for it superb wings but also caution not to be the one driving home after you eat the Atomic or Triple Atomic wings. -Michael

Haven't been here since college days, thought I'd give it another try....worst mistake. It started out well with the mozzarella sticks, they actually were good. Then came the over fried micro wings, I know the menu states jumbo, but that was not the case here. Next was the Q burger, their feature burger. Let me just say, my 5 yr old daughter has received a bigger burger in her children's menu at other establishments. I questioned the waitress if this was for real and she said they take a meatball and smash it. Really.....definitely not worth 7 bucks for meatball, a bun and a few frys. They really need to take a little more pride in what they are serving.

My husband had such a cool idea for our date. He drove me to bike night on his new toy. It is a nice BMW bike and I love it too. Quaker Steak in Cranberry was busy with bikes and people. Staff was very nice and knew their jobs. There was always something to look at for both of us. I enjoyed myself with my husband. Our dinner was not so good. We spent a lot of money there it should of been a least hot. We usually order things we don't want to make ourselves. Wings a fried foods. But they were just made way to early in prep and sat too long on the line. I would have to hold the managers responsible for this. Temps should be checked hourly and there was several mangers strutting around and flirting. Cameras are there for a reason and I believe you need to clean house and get people in there that care about your brand. Your kitchen needs help without them you are history. A good leader is hard to come by. When you find one pay enough to keep them. The brand is super cool with good ideas I will visit again ,I hope this helps for future visits. Everything is more expensive now and it is so hard to find good quality. When I find it I will share until then!

Ordered food to go because we had a gift certificate even though I had swore this place off after constantly being disappointed. This was no exception. The large pretzels came with a small beer cheese. The extra ranch dressing that I paid for was not in the bag. The salad literally had 4 strands of cheddar jack cheese (we counted!). This place is so bad and it gets worse. This location will be out of business sooner or later. It's too competitive here.
